How It Got Started
Why have I started this blog?
I've always been interested in sport. However, it quickly became apparent to me, even as I played everything from wheelchair basketball to cricket, that my sporting talents were somewhat limited, so I figured I would write about it instead. I've just finished a PhD in German and Italian at the University of Oxford, and have never stopped wanting to pursue a career in sports journalism.
I've been undertaking the NCTJ diploma with the Academy for Disabled Journalists since October 2021 and am enjoying taking the first steps on this journey.
